Return & Refund Policy

At Lavender Avenue, we take great care in formulating our products and stand behind their quality. Due to the nature of personal care and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.

Unopened Products If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lavenderave.ca with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Final Sale Items Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please contact us at hello@lavenderave.ca before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
